About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Technical Project Manager to join our Agile Project Management Office and lead strategic technology initiatives for one of our clients. This role will oversee multiple international, cross-divisional projects ensuring seamless execution, alignment with business priorities, and continuous improvement of delivery quality and team performance. You will work closely with executive leadership, divisional teams, and delivery squads to advocate for and implement agile best practices, build governance frameworks, and drive organizational efficiency and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Product Technology initiatives that enhance and accelerate product delivery while maintaining exceptional quality, integrating automation, and streamlining processes.
• Act as a key interface between business and technology, fostering collaboration with Product Technology Leadership, Product Owners, and delivery teams.
• Support PMO strategies and policies that standardize and improve project management practices, SDLC, and DevOps principles.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across teams.
• Define clear goals and expectations with leadership teams to measure performance and drive accountability.
• Coach and mentor product owners, agile project managers, and scrum masters to enhance delivery outcomes.
• Develop and standardize reporting metrics, KPIs, and communication channels to ensure transparency and alignment across divisions.
• Build and maintain information radiators and dashboards to provide organization-wide visibility into project progress and outcomes.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or related leadership roles.
• 2.5+ years of experience coaching and mentoring individuals and building cross-divisional programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing technical software development projects in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile project management principles, adaptable to new business contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to manage development and business change programs in large, matrixed organizations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, from team members to executive leadership.
• Experience working within or building out an Agile PMO.
• Professional fluency in English (B2+ or higher).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Technical Project Management, Scrum Master, or related leadership roles.
