We connect the offline and online worlds by decoding the digital footprint of locations, allowing our enterprise clients to understand the market and make smarter decisions.

Dashmote has ambitious plans for the upcoming years, and therefore, we need to make sure that we have the right people in place to put such plans into practice. Main responsibilities

• Own the strategy and vision of one of Dashmote’s product lines and translate it into clear, outcome-driven roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Prioritize ruthlessly across engineering, sales, customer success, and data to deliver features that create measurable value.
• Drive the product lifecycle end-to-end: from problem framing and discovery, to specs, delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Be hands-on with product onboarding flows, product decks, and design sketches to enable faster iteration and adoption.
• Act as the voice of the customer: join client meetings, run discovery sessions, synthesize insights, and turn them into sharp problem statements, PRDs, and specs.
• Translate engineering bottlenecks into action: make technical constraints, blockers, and trade-offs crystal clear to non-technical stakeholders; propose options and timelines; align on decisions to unblock delivery.
• Continuously iterate using performance metrics, experiments, and customer feedback to improve adoption and impact.
• Create clarity & cadence: run effective rituals (standups, planning, reviews), maintain crisp status updates, and surface risks early with mitigation plans.

Requirements

Your Background

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in SaaS B2B (startup or enterprise), with a strong track record in customer development and validation.
• Technical background is preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Engineering).
• Comfortable diving into usage data, architecture basics, and scalability considerations to inform decisions.
• Client-facing confidence, you’ve worked directly with customers and can balance their needs with product strategy.
• Growth mindset, curious, hands-on, and eager to build great products.
• Proven ability to run discovery, test assumptions, and turn insights into successful outcomes.
• Experience driving roadmaps, setting clear objectives, and prioritizing enhancements against constraints.
• Excellent communication in English, concise writing, sharp structuring, and strong storytelling.
• Python & SQL for querying and quick validation.
• Plus: Familiarity with AWS (S3, Athena) and data/analytics stacks.
• Technical background is preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or Engineering).
