About The Role:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic professional to lead our global expansion efforts and optimize our partner ecosystem. The role’s core mission is to establish and manage our own legal entities across key markets, ensuring that client operations transition from third-party vendors to direct entity management. In the long term, this role will also oversee strategic partnerships to enhance service quality, compliance, and scalability worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for global entity incorporation in alignment with company strategy.
  • Conduct market and provider research (law firms, CPAs, payroll and compliance specialists) to assess best options for local setup.
  • Validate incorporation feasibility through structured due diligence, ensuring compliance with local legal, tax, and employment frameworks.
  • Manage the end-to-end entity setup process, from provider selection, negotiation, and contract review to incorporation delivery.
  • Create and maintain a Global Expansion Knowledge Base documenting processes, learnings, and best practices for future setups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, HR, Finance, Legal) to ensure each new entity is operationally ready for client onboarding.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to gradually migrate clients from external vendors to direct management under company-owned entities.
  • Ensure the continuity and compliance of existing services during the transition period.
  • Identify efficiency opportunities and cost reductions through local entity management.
  • Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with key local providers in payroll, tax, immigration, and mobility.
  • Negotiate commercial terms to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor partner performance via regular reviews and KPI tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, maintaining long-term relationships and resolving escalations when needed.
  • Stay informed on global market trends to anticipate expansion opportunities and partnership synergies.

Requirements For The Role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in global expansion, partnership management, or vendor management, ideally within EOR, HR, or global mobility industries.
  • Strong understanding of entity incorporation, employment compliance, and global HR/payroll operations.
  • Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience across multiple geographies and cultures.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail; proven track record managing multiple international projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives independently while collaborating across teams.

Preferred Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal), with a keen attention to detail and discipline.
  • Strong decision-making and organizational skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and practical solutions.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, leveraging communication skills, knowledge, and expertise to resolve issues.
