Responsible for activities related to supporting corporate and business needs. Activities include building operations, training, customer experience and more.

Responsible for maximizing revenue and profitability for stores based on customer demand and preferences, and company's strategic objectives. Includes creating a differentiated customer experience, knowledge of products and brands, maintaining process excellence, and managing inventory.



Typical Capabilities
Scope: Multiple teams, smaller projects/ programs, and/or mid-size external customers.
Complexity: Integrates and communicates moderately complex information, sometimes to audiences who are not familiar with the subject matter. Acts as a resource to teammates. Completes work independently with review at critical points; requires guidance only on complex issues.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
