Associate Lecturer - Special Topics in Mass Communication (HE4)

COM 491 Special Topics in Mass Communication

Content varies each semester. Topics include television newscasting, mass communication and cultural studies, contemporary media issues, daytime TV/soaps, information systems, and communication technology.

Job Requirement

• A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university.
• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience at the tertiary level is preferred
• 5 years of relevant work experience will be an added advantage
• Course design and implementation based on UB syllabus and textbook
• Assessment of students
• Must be available to teach daytime on weekdays
• Familiarity with Blackboard is a plus
