Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data & Insights Analyst to join our Business Optimization team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, generating actionable insights, and providing strategic recommendations to drive business performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business optimization initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data validation and quality checks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders. English is a most
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English at a level sufficient to communicate effectively.
  • Preferably fluent in more than one language, including Spanish and Portuguese.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience delivering dashboards with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
