• We are Sustain Engineering Group (SEG), in CorpRD department.
• As SEG project specialist, you will work with managers, engineers of 100+ Product Sustain and work with different region/country members of support team.
• You will learn the skill of project management, to influence without authority.
• To have the strong customer insight and make sustain better.            

Job Description

1. Sustain Case Operation 

• To ensure the sustain case handling and SEG service qualities
• To serve as the first point of contact for case escalation from support group
• To ensure the Analysis Report's delivery quality, including submission, review and attachment
• To review the case handling with low satisfaction and coordinate with teams for improvement

2. Seg Interface

·       To ensure all SEG-related processes are smoothly deployed and executed

2. 4. Reporting & Data Analysis 

• To conduct SEG-related training
• To  ensure all SEG-related processes, templates, policies are deployed to new product sustain team

·       To generate report and provide relevant analysis 

1. 5. Communication for process improvement
2. 1.     Have two years working experience at least. (Including part time job)
3. 2.     Have fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. (TOEIC score >= 730)
4. 3.     Have strong responsibility.
5. 4.     Have high communication skill.
6. 5.     Have high EQ.
7. 6.     Able to work independently and willing to learn.
8. 7.     Have experience in service helpdesk or project coordination (Nice to have).
