• Licensed Capacity: 95
• Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 per hour (includes casual loading)

About The Role

At Busy Bees at Rivergums, we are looking for a passionate and flexible Casual Educator to join our team.

As a Casual Educator, you will:

• Provide high-quality care and education across different age groups.
• Support permanent team members in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Deliver play-based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Adapt quickly to different rooms and teams.

What You’Ll Need

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Current WA Working with Children Check (Employee) / WWVP (ACT).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Flexibility and willingness to cover shifts at short notice.
