• Licensed Capacity: 126 places
• Hourly Rate: $35.35 – $43.54 (WT 2.1 – 3.4 + 25% casual loading)

About The Role

We are seeking passionate and flexible Casual Educators to join our supportive team at Busy Bees at Belmont. As a Casual Educator, you will have the opportunity to work across different age groups, support daily routines, and create engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assisting with the implementation of educational programs across various rooms
• Supporting children’s learning and wellbeing through play-based learning
• Adapting quickly to new environments and working collaboratively with different teams
• Building strong, positive relationships with families and children
• Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Current VIC Working with Children Check (Employee)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
• Assisting with the implementation of educational programs across various rooms
