You are joining Brand & Go to market team for Consumer Electronics portfolio, focusing on TV, AV and Home Appliance category. We are looking for a new member to play a key role reshaping the team to lead the key launches and strategies, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
Role And Responsibilities
Your Key Responsibilities
This role is pivotal to the performance and reputation of the Brand & GTM (Go-to-Market) team, which sits at the core of the European Office (EO) Marketing function, particularly in driving CE (Consumer Electronics) product launches and sustain campaigns.
1) European Marketing Strategy Development
- Act as the strategic think tank for CE products by developing data-driven marketing strategies based on the integration of multiple data sources, including commercial performance, consumer insights, brand metrics, market trends, and competitive analysis.
- Define the strategic priorities for the EO Marketing team and scope team objectives aligned to regional deliverables.
- Establish optimal EO channel mix and content strategy and align with EO Marketing verticals to formulate GTM execution plan.
- Translate Global HQ-defined propositions into actionable regional solutions tailored to European consumer needs.
- Develop beneficial solutions to support subsidiaries in execution across communication and sales channels.
- Influence and optimise Global HQ launch strategies and marketing assets based on European insights, ensuring all outputs are grounded in data and regional relevance.
2) Lead the Go-to-Market (GTM) Process for Home Appliances
- Act as the central liaison between Suwon HQ, EO marketing channel leads, and 16 European subsidiaries to ensure seamless coordination.
- Lead and project manage end-to-end GTM planning and execution, developing clear roadmaps, defining responsibilities, deliverables and metrics, establishing measurement frameworks and setting timelines for all partners.
- Ensure GTM plans cover the full cycle: launch → ramp-up → sustain, aligning all efforts with business goals and campaign strategies.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, motivating team members and ensuring an integrated timely delivery across all phases of the launch process.
3) Governance & Implementation Monitoring
- Maintain governance over marketing plan execution across all subsidiaries for HQ and EO initiatives.
- Track and report on implementation status to relevant team members, maintaining transparency and accountability across regions.
- Build positive relationships with local markets to gain deep insight into local strategies and marketing plans, ensure compliance with approval processes, guidelines, and campaign frameworks.
4) Post-launch Evaluation & Best Practice Sharing
- Lead a structured post-mortem process following each major product launch and campaign, identifying key takeaway across marketing and commercial performance.
- Translate insights from the analysis into actionable improvement plans to enhance future campaign effectiveness and go-to-market execution across Europe.
- Work closely with local markets and cross-functional teams to ensure takeaways are gathered comprehensively—from planning to implementation on the ground.
- Systematically identify and detail standard processes that have driven strong results in individual markets, and work with relevant teams to scale and embed these practices across other European subsidiaries.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing by aligning EO and HQ team members around performance insights and shown success models.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- 12 years experience in marketing strategy, go-to-market, project management —preferably in a regional or global capacity within a large corporate environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing intricate product debuts and marketing campaigns across various regions and departments.
- Outstanding project management skills, skilled in defining processes, coordinating timelines, and leading all aspects of resource distribution, resulting in successful outcomes across geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong critical thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
- A natural relationship builder with the ability to align partners at various levels and from a diverse set of backgrounds, including HQ leadership and local subsidiaries.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and drive consensus in a matrixed environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and creativity in aligning marketing strategies with business goals.
- Experience leading integrated marketing plans, creative agencies, and partner communications.
- Ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling narratives to drive action.
