Position: Legal Intern

Primary Objective:

Assist the Asia Legal Team in handling corporate secretarial work and other daily legal matters.

Work Location: Lujiazui, Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the database of all legal entities
• Support regulatory and compliance-related projects
• Provide translation between Chinese and English
• Coordinate legal fee payments
• Assist the Asia Legal Team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Major in Law
• Current undergraduate (Year 3) or graduate (Year 2) student
• Strong English skills, particularly in translation, chat, and email communication
• Minimum 6-month commitment, with at least 3 days per week
• Must be patient and detail-oriented in handling tasks
