About The Position
We are looking for a skilled and motivated ‘Market Solution Specialist’ to help shape the future of our regional application landscape, connecting business stakeholders with development teams to deliver solutions that matter. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence how technology supports our operations across the Nordics, from back-end systems and integrations to customer-facing products.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with specialists and conduct strategic analysis with key stakeholders
- Gather and analyse business requirements, translate and define needs into actionable items for technical teams to address
- Facilitate workshops, perform backlog grooming, sprint planning as well as reviews with stakeholders and developers
- Monitor progress and performance, troubleshoot and resolve blockers, as well as ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
- Conduct in-depth technical analyses in the area of Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) systems
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet business needs and quality criteria
Formal Requirements
- Academic degree, preferably in Computer Science or software engineering
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis, application ownership and user acceptance testing
- Knowledge of integrations and managing dependencies between multiple teams
- Experience from project management and working with Agile development teams (preferably virtual teams in an international setting)
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
