Implementation Project Principal Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop the implementation project core team, fostering collaboration across stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment between Amadeus teams, external partners, and customer implementation groups.
• Track and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
• Refine and finalize the project scope in collaboration with the Program Manager and Sponsor.
• Assess and plan all activities required to deliver project outcomes, including gap analysis and resource needs.

About The Ideal Candidate:

• 9 plus Years of overall experience with experience in project coordination or management, with certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile methodologies.
• Good experience in the travel industry, with a deep understanding of its dynamics.
• Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project (or equivalent), Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, and generative AI tools like Copilot.
• Skilled in stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and delivering high-quality project documentation and reports.
• Comfortable working in multicultural, global environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Good To Have Skills:

• Experience in data analysis or data science.
• Familiarity with financial processes or budget management.
• Understanding of software development life cycles or prior experience in development roles.
