Responsibilities
You will be the Talent Management lead to drive the development, design, and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies, policies, and programmes that enable BCA to successfully attract, develop, and retain talents across the organisation. In addition, you will also be part of the team responsible for the annual performance management cycle, such as handling the performance management system, appraisal briefings and organising the annual promotion ceremony.

[What we are looking for]

  • Requirements
  • • At least 3 years of working experience in HR, such as in the performance management or talent management functions would be an advantage.
  • • Good communication, written and interpersonal skills.
  • • Advanced skills in Excel and organising HR data.
  • • Ability to multi-task, undertake pressure in a fast-paced environment and meticulous.
  • • Individuals with no prior HR experience but are passionate about People are also welcomed to apply
