Role Overview:

The role will act as a trusted advisor, strategic enabler, and execution partner to the CFO. To drive the growth of the business in partnership with the CFO and leadership teams in the business, by assisting to shape and deliver on strategy, project manage various strategic activities and ensure delivery of the manager / function’s key objectives. The role acts as an integrator, connecting workstreams, overseeing priorities, and enabling the CFO to focus on high-value strategic decisions.

Are You Someone Who Can:

• Translate the CFO’s vision into clear, actionable priorities for the finance function and broader enterprise.
• Serve as a sounding board and thought partner to the CFO on strategic, financial and operational priorities.
• Keep the relevant executive or manager informed of various activities within and outside the group and manage the day-to-day operations of the CFOs office.
• Identification of relevant trends and emerging issues to inform proactive decision-making and strategy formulation.
• Participate in planned activities that are appropriate for own development.
• Develop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across area of specialization.
• Oversee critical finance transformation initiatives.
• Track delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely progress reporting.
• Lead special projects and task forces on behalf of the CFO.
• Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions.
• Manages risks in own area of responsibility.
• Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and review strategic communications, Board papers, investor materials and regulatory submissions.

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Hold an Honor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Have 4- 5 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, or business development.
• Strong strategic, analytical and financial capabilities
• Project management and leadership
• Strong stakeholder management experience at C-suite and board level
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI/AI tools
