Description -

The HP.com Digital Experience team is looking for a Regional Web Engagement Lead with in-depth experience in digital marketing and customer behavior to support HP’s print, solutions and personal systems business. 

Job Summary 
The objective of this role is to deliver engaging and relevant digital customer experiences aimed at driving intent for HP products and services with a clear focus on market business results. This role is responsible for contributing to developing and driving key web marketing strategies and defining customer experience strategy for HP.com. Additionally, the role develops content and direction of online properties, and recommends best fit solutions about look and feel, navigation experience to meet business objectives. The role ensures compliance with internal and regulatory laws, participates in establishing key success factors, and manages functional budgets and external agencies. 
 
Responsibilities 
• Develops, drives, and evaluates key web or interactive marketing strategies to reach online customers or internal audiences. 
Lead localization of WW HP.com projects and build local campaign landing pages and ensures projects are deployed in a timely and efficient manner with relevant country localization within the global framework. 
• Provides advice to recommend best-fit solution, including look and feel, navigation experience, information architecture, to meet marketing or business objective. 
• Develops, drives, and evaluates the online customer experience strategy and roadmap for a business or country. 

  • Partner with Marketing teams to build and optimize local campaign landing pages aimed at providing a good user journey that results in significant and measurable improvements in understanding, conversions, and revenue.
  • Ensures compliance with all web standards, processes and tools, and regulatory laws.
  • Manage market budget effectively to deliver operational efficiencies along with optimal quality assurance and good user experience. • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies. • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and participates in providing mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.   Education & Experience Recommended • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Computer Science, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in Interactive marketing, online customer service, or a related field.   Knowledge & Skills • Agile Methodology • Analytics • Business To Business • Customer Relationship Management • Data Analysis • Digital Marketing • E-Commerce • Google and Adobe Analytics • HyperText Markup Language (HTML) • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Marketing • Marketing Automation • Marketing Strategies • Project Management • Search Engine Marketing • Search Engine Optimization • Social Media • User Experience (UX)  Cross-Org Skills • Effective Communication • Results Orientation • Learning Agility • Digital Fluency • Customer Centricity  Impact & Scope • Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.  Complexity • Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.  Disclaimer • This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
