Lead Restoration Technician

• Must have over 3 years experience as restoration labour and proven skills 
• Must have at least 1 year experience as Lead Technician 
• Must have experience using industry software for job site documentation
• Must have references
• Driver's licence required with clean record 
• Must have basic hand tools

Job types

• Water damage caused by a variety of sources, clean water breaks, sump pump failures, sewer backups
• Residential and commercial properties
• Fire and smoke damage cleaning and demolition
• Hazardous material removal
• Pack out and move out belongings and property
• Final post-construction cleaning 

Working Conditions

• Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30 
• On-call rotation once every 4 weeks 
• Able to work hard physical labour when required 
• Criminal Record Check will be required

Compensation: $26.50 - $30.00 per hour

We assist in finding the source of damage, prevent further damage, remove damaged and affected structural material, personal property, demolition and cleaning. We are the first point of contact for many of our clients, and in many cases we represent insurance companies, property management companies and landlords.
