- Safe transportation and escort to medical/therapy appointments and errands
- Short ADL/IADL visits: light housekeeping, meal prep, med reminders, check-ins
- Clear documentation in app; proactive communication with office
- Basic mobility assistance and safe transfers; fall-prevention awareness
- Access to early pay
- Paid mileage when serving multiple clients in one day
