Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of NP/PA experience, preferably in an urgent care, Emergency Room or fast-paced clinical setting. You will play a key role in delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with other providers, and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Provide comprehensive, patient-focused care in an urgent care setting
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of common illnesses and injuries
  • Interpret basic x-rays (first reads) and EKGs
  • Collaborate with patients on care decisions through open, respectful communication
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation
  • Participate in continuous learning and be open to new procedures or service lines
  • Work closely with fellow practitioners to foster a supportive, team-oriented environment
  • Uphold the highest levels of patient satisfaction and compassionate care
What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner of Physician Assistant in Colorado
  • Minimum 1 year of NP/PA experience required (urgent care preferred)

  • Valid DEA License Required and DOT as well as WC Certification or willingness to obtain required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building meaningful patient relationships
  • Ability to perform and interpret basic x-ray and EKG readings
  • Flexible and adaptable to clinic needs and scheduling
  • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally, including new procedures and services
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional patient experience

This position would be Full-time 30-40 hour work week, evenings and weekends required. Clinic hours M-F 8-8 and S-S 8-5.
