Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production according to the arrangement or request of the superior.
  • Be responsible for the quality of work and abide by the work instructions and occupational health and safety rules.
  • Pre Pack - Material handling, line setup, ongoing quality control of production and handling of finished products, manual insertion of material into PP.
  • Final Pack – Material handling, Folding boxes, inserting Prepacks, components and building instructions into boxes on manual and automatic lines, subsequent packing of boxes into outers and storage on pallets.
  • Controlling the production equipment: can calibrate the equipment so that it operates efficiently, provide quality control for the products, and routinely check the equipment for any malfunctions or defects.
  • Evaluates equipment and machinery to ensure effective operations. escalation responsibility to line manager if there is any risk of safety, quality, delivery and other KPI of production.
  • Coordinate operators during production. Diligently to ensure the safety of team members and the smooth running of all machines and equipment.
  • Have cost awareness, feedback awareness, and correct waste behavior.
  • Give Instruction, checking and assist less skilled operators.
  • Actively complete the tasks assigned by the leaders.
  • Maintain a progressive mentality in one's own field of work and production.
  • Support the change-over activities.
  • Training technical knowledge and practical troubleshooting skill for other Technicians and operators.
  • Compliance with 5S and safety in responsible area.
  • Problem solving: can take initiative to handle a variety of issues relating to equipment malfunctions and the production process.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the superior.

  • At least 2 years experience in production operation.
  • Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.
  • Prefer people with technical background.
  • Discipline: need to have a great work ethic and follow the company rules.
