Core Responsibilities

  • Work with interested parties, project partners and our workplace insights team to create Experience Briefs for new workplace projects that align global workplace guidelines and strategies with local needs and ways of working.
  • Collaborate closely with workplace project and operational teams on transforming local sites with global initiatives based on site-specific needs.
  • Provide guidance and help determine scope with local workplace teams on how to optimize and upgrade their workplaces following global standards.
  • Support the development of global workplace experience guidelines and concepts by collaborating with colleagues across the Workplace Experience Team to convert insights to concrete proposals.
  • Act as a global Point-of-Contact for workplace projects including colleague engagement resourcing and activation of post move in survey

Do you have what it takes?

Our preferred candidate demonstrates a track record in delivering physical workplace projects or improvements in collaboration with cross-functional project partners. In addition, we hope to see:

  • Experience in aligning senior partners behind a shared concept, vision or brief.
  • Ability to consider multiple solutions to workplace challenges including operational, physical, digital, communication and change management.
  • Ability to communicate concepts clearly and visually, e.g. InDesign, PowerPoint etc.
  • A relation-builder with strong English proficiencies in written and oral presentations.
  • A strong project manager who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously
