Position Summary

You will be a part of a high-performing Oncology & Haematology team developing customer-oriented marketing campaigns. The Commercial Specialist is a key member of the XF Brand Team & works closely with the cross functional brand team (Marketing – Sales – Medical Affairs) to co-develop high-quality content that aligns with the business objectives, customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and review scientific content for marketing materials, such as detail aid, brochures, websites, videos. This includes finding creative ways to increase effectiveness of message and create a great customer experience
  • Collaborate closely with the Brand/Launch Lead to ensure the smooth implementation of campaigns aligned with the strategic brand plan
  • Collaborate with the whole XF team to ensure campaigns & related user journeys are fitting customer needs and ensure all content is written in a clear, concise, and engaging manner that is appropriate for the target audience
  • Omni-channel Strategy & Digital execution: Drive the effectiveness and impact of digital activities by analyzing digital performance data and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and initiatives
  • Project Management: Manage key departmental and organizational projects, from initiation and planning to execution and monitoring. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives
  • Administrative Management: Support department administration tasks through in collaboration with the Business Unit Head, Brand Manager, and Medical Advisor. Ensure compliance and efficiency in all related activities.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • University degree in relevant field (commercial or healthcare related)
  • Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both spoken and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent marketing and content development skills with the ability to write and edit promotional materials in a clear, concise, and engaging manner
  • Project Management, demonstrating experience in leading and managing projects, with strong organizational and planning skills
  • Omni-channel Marketing, having a solid understanding of digital marketing implementation, including campaign optimization and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on business objectives and timelines

  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, with the ability to review and edit scientific content to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional and diverse work environments
  • Demonstrated success in implementing impactful omnichannel strategies and campaigns
  • Proven capability to drive priorities in collaboration with key stakeholders and manage projects from inception to completion
  • Experience in marketing including omnichannel marketing
