Job Description Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Valuer to join our Valuation & Advisory team in Sydney. This role provides the opportunity to work alongside senior valuers, contributing to a wide variety of valuation and advisory assignments while developing your technical expertise and professional skills.

Job Description

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Analyzing and modelling sales evidence to ensure data accuracy
  • Collating rental evidence and market data for reports and research updates
  • Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports and cash flow models
  • Proofreading reports and supporting quality assurance processes
  • Preparing market commentaries across asset classes
  • Collaborating with colleagues locally and nationally to deliver client-focused outcomes

About You

We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and eager to build a career in property valuations. You will have the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders, the discipline to work independently, and the interpersonal skills to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Key Requirements Include:

  • API/RICS accredited property degree (or working towards)
  • Strong analytical, research and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Professional presentation and strong work ethic
