About The Role
As a Business Improvement Project Officer, you’ll be at the heart of transforming how we work—streamlining processes, cutting waste, and unlocking smarter ways to get things done. Working as part of a tight-knit project team, you’ll partner across the business to map current workflows, shape future-state solutions, and uncover opportunities for meaningful change. Using a mix of continuous improvement methodologies, your work will drive efficiency, reduce costs, and make everyday tasks simpler for our people.
- Facilitate workshops to gather, clarify, and prioritise business requirements
- Map and document current vs future state processes, identifying issues and bottlenecks
- Develop process metrics, KPIs, and measurement frameworks to track improvement
- Translate requirements into clear, actionable artefacts and test future-state processes across teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Technology, to drive business improvement initiatives

To succeed in this role, you’ll also need:
- Holds a Graduate Certificate or higher in Business Process Management or working towards attaining your qualifications.
- Skilled in workshop facilitation, process design/redesign, and performance measurement
- Proficient in eliciting business requirements, analysing issues, and documenting processes
- Experienced Business Analyst with cross-functional exposure and strong documentation capabilities
- Confident communicator with a consultative style and advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
