Canterbury Travel, part of the Brooklyn Travel Group, is a renowned specialist in Once-in-a-lifetime Lapland holidays, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual for the position of Sales Team Leader. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch support and ensuring a memorable holiday experience for our customers. Working in a fast-paced office environment, the successful candidate will assist customers in planning their dream Lapland holidays and support our sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager with the day-to-day operations of the sales office.
  • Allocate tour enquiries received via the website or email to the appropriate staff members.
  • Distribute customer feedback emails to the relevant team members for follow-up.
  • Provide support to the sales team by addressing queries and offering guidance.
  • Assist with staff training and development activities.
  • Monitor TProfile for customer feedback and ensure feedback has been responded to.
  • Monitor sales team enquiries, ensuring they are up-to-date and handled promptly.
  • Respond to general email enquiries from travel agents and customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date accommodation occupancy levels in the booking system to align with available flight seats.
  • Monthly sales team one to ones.
