This is a development role, ideal for someone looking to step into a broader finance or commercial position over time. Based at our purpose-built Mount Thorley facility, you’ll work closely with our corporate and production teams to strengthen financial reporting, data insights, and systems — including ongoing improvements to our ERP, NetSuite.
What You’Ll Do
- Prepare monthly management reports, reconciliations and variance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting processes
- Deliver meaningful data analysis to support informed business decisions
- Manage cash flow reporting, treasury and foreign exchange activities
- Oversee BAS, FBT and payroll tax, and assist with year-end processes
- Work with the Finance Manager to refine systems and document key processes
- See the outcome of your work firsthand — your insights will shape decisions across the business
What You’Ll Bring
- Degree-qualified in Accounting or Finance, and CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Around 2–4 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally with exposure to management reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical skills and genuine interest in using data to drive performance
- Experience with ERP systems — NetSuite knowledge highly regarded
- Collaborative communication style and a continuous improvement mindset
- Willingness to be based on-site at Mount Thorley and work closely with cross-functional teams
