Campaign Execution & Management:

  • Develop, build, and deploy multi-channel customer lifecycle campaigns (e.g., email, in-app messages, push notifications, SMS) using marketing automation platforms.
  • Manage campaign calendars, ensure timely delivery and accuracy
  • Set up A/B tests for subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to optimize campaign performance.
  • Segment customer audiences accurately based on behavioral data, demographics, and lifecycle stage.

Customer Journey Optimization:

  • Support the Head of Customer Lifecycle in mapping customer journeys and identifying opportunities for personalization and automation.
  • Implement improvements to onboarding flows, activation series, re-engagement campaigns, and win-back programs.
  • Monitor customer behavior data to identify patterns and suggest proactive interventions to improve engagement and reduce churn.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, churn rates, engagement levels).
  • Provide regular insights and recommendations to the Head of Customer Lifecycle for campaign optimization and strategy refinement.
  • Contribute to the development of customer lifecycle dashboards.

Data & System Management:

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within CRM and marketing automation platforms.
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues related to campaign deployment or data flow.
  • Stay updated on platform features and best practices to maximize tool utilization.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or a similar digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major marketing automation platform (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CI360).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience using analytics tools to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and personalization strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player with a customer-centric mindset.
