What’s the role about?

You’ll play a crucial part in testing concrete alongside a high performing team with a great culture . This role is open to candidates with experience in concrete laboratories. We’re looking for self-motivated individuals with excellent communication and attention to detail. If you’re physically fit and have a strong work ethic, you’re just who we need!

Your New Role Will Involve:

• Have a great attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve goals
• Have qualifications in Testing Operations and/or Laboratory Techniques (not essential)
• Exhibit excellent health and safety behaviours
• Possess strong literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal)

• Are Physically Fit

• This is a permanent full-time opportunity with the requirement of some weekend work also entailing RDO’s and overtime.
• For the recruiting of this position, we are inviting shortlisted candidates to a recruitment assessment day on Wednesday 29 October 2025 in Granville.
