We are looking to hire a highly skilled Senior FX Busines Analyst. The group is responsible for FX trading and related services! You will be the Business Analyst for our Foreign Exchange Engineering Team, involved in the front to back and all aspects of the business and product.

Responsibilities
- Closely working with product and developers and other teams/groups to help document requirements and create stories to help develop applications that meet the needs of FX engineering.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong FX product knowledge with RFQ and other strategies
- Deep understanding of FX markets
- Spots, Forwards, Swaps, Algos, Options
- Experience working with product managers and engineers gathering, refining, documenting requirements
- Expertise in breaking down requirements into jira stories
- Proven track record of delivering goals
- Knowledge & Experience of modern agile development methodologies
- Self-motivated and self-directed, able to work effectively in a globally distributed team, managing multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Desired Skills
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Compensation/Benefits Information:
LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $111,700 - $186,300.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
