ADP is hiring an Associate Equipment Specialist.
As an Associate Equipment Specialist, you will focus on developing the skills necessary to operate inserting equipment, cut-sheet printers, and roll-feed printers. Your responsibilities will include printing and inserting payroll checks and vouchers, processing and distributing W-2 forms, and printing and wrapping payroll documents. In addition, you will be responsible for performing routine hardware maintenance, updating and maintaining production tracking logs, and following established operational standards for all job functions. This role also requires the flexibility to adjust to shifting schedules based on business needs.

- Print paychecks, vouchers, and various reports/documents
- Separate and package all paychecks and vouchers into envelopes along with applicable reports and worksheets for individual clients
- Log print/stuff/wrap functions in Ops Center tracking system timely and accurately
- Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning and testing sensors at regular timed intervals
- Report system issues/hardware downtimes to a Lead or Manager
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of work experience
- Ability to stand for long period of times
- Ability to bend and lift up to 35lbs
