e-Commerce Supply Chain Manager

Your Objectives

• To manage and develop delivery methods focusing on time, quality and cost optimization.
• Define future goals and implement new delivery and pick-up solutions to meet online business growth and customer needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Assess market trends and competitor strategies to establish competitive and scalable delivery pricing.
• Set up processes, manage cooperation and negotiate with external delivery partners.
• Taking ownership of logistics costs within the P&L to drive better cost control.
• Track delivery timelines, costs/refunds and customer satisfaction in collaboration with CRC to ensure adherence to service agreements.
• Define and lead delivery projects in alignment with regional strategies and objectives.
• Ensure smooth daily Transport operations through interaction with warehouse team, 3PL, CRC, Finance, Stores.
• Support order preparation & return processes linked to e-Commerce and monitor in-store operations to ensure timely dispatch.
• Collaboration with the central European logistics team.
• Resolve operational issues with warehouses and carriers.
• Actively collaborate with the Transport & Logistics international teams to share best practices and drive ongoing improvements in local operations and service to improve efficiency and costs.

Performance Indicators

• Delivery efficiency (delivery lead time, delivery on time)
• Transport cost balance (Transport cost vs Shipping revenue ratio)
• Customer delivery satisfaction rate
• Return and cancellation rate

What Is Your Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce delivery operations with solid last-mile know-how
• Up to 5 years’ experience in supply chain operations, ideal for someone junior to mid-level looking to grow in a hands-on role.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional skills
• Proven ability to take initiatives and decide autonomously
• Strong Communicator fluent in Greek and English
