This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join our Next Payments team based in North Parramatta. We are looking for a fun and enthusiastic person, someone who displays initiative and a strong desire to contribute to the team.

With new product launches, strong business growth (increasing from 110 employees in 2021 to 170 employees currently), and recently winning Casino and Carded Play tenders, it is an exciting time to join Next Payments!

The Role

As the Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the prioritisation and planning of client-facing product rollouts, working with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth and successful delivery of Eagle i360, GSL programs and Concilio products to our customers.

You will be required to have a strong understanding of how venues operate and the optimal use of our products to maximise their benefit for our customers.

  • Ability to effectively work with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
