eCommerce Coordinator – Create Winning Online Experiences | rebel

As the eCommerce Coordinator for our Performance & Lifestyle Apparel business unit, you’ll play a key role in keeping our online store looking sharp, running smoothly, and delivering a best-in-class digital experience. You’ll help ensure every product, promotion, and piece of content inspires customers and drives results.

What You’Ll Do

• Maintain and optimise our online store — manage product loading, presentation, and enrichment across the site to ensure content accuracy, visual appeal, and SEO best practice.
• Write and edit engaging, customer-first copy — bring our products to life with clear, inspiring, and on-brand descriptions that help customers find exactly what they’re looking for.
• Support marketing and trade campaigns — coordinate promotional updates, assist with landing page content, and ensure campaigns go live seamlessly.
• Champion the customer experience — test and review site performance, check product accuracy, and use insights to continuously improve usability and conversion.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in an eCommerce or digital merchandising role — ideally within retail or consumer brands.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent administrative skills to manage product data, content accuracy, and site updates.
• A flair for copywriting — you can turn technical product info into clear, inspiring language that drives conversion.
• Understanding of SEO and content optimisation principles is desired
• Experience with content management systems (Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar).
• A collaborative, proactive approach — you take ownership and thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
