The Role: Lead Through Culture, Deliver Through People…As Store Manager at Chadstone, you’ll lead one of our largest and most dynamic stores in Australia’s busiest shopping centre. What You Bring:

• Cultural Leadership – Proven ability to build, nurture, and lead large teams in high-turnover or large-format retail (multi-site leadership highly regarded).
• Operational Excellence – Confidence in managing process, stock, compliance, and visual merchandising at scale.
• Commercial Mindset – Skill in interpreting performance data, turning insights into actions that deliver results.
• Resilience and Agility – Success in fast-paced environments where adaptability is key.
