We are on a journey of continuous growth – now looking for our next star – a passionate Regional Sales Manager within our Service and Aftermarket capability. This position reports to Service and Aftermarket Business Director.
About The Position
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will build influential relationships with key stakeholders to achieve strategic sales, service, and end-user objectives as assigned. Through a combination of extensive territory travel and virtual engagement, you will connect with customers, build rapport with distributor sales teams and collaborate with inside sales to ensure Dometic has a strong and balanced position in all markets. This position reports to the Business Director.
Your Main Responsibilities
- With a business owner mindset manage within the defined region to achieve strategic KPI’s, including but not limited to sales / market share / program promotion / product training and service development.
- Create and maintain a regional development plan based upon targets and KPI’s that will be defined by management.
- Identify and build strong relationships with purchase influencers and decision makers.
- Strive to make Dometic the #1 choice among distributor sales personnel in region through product and program training, regular engagement, and escalation guidance.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales to optimize support of key market accounts and to backstop overall business.
- Become an expert in sales critical feature-benefits and technically proficient in all product categories.
- Engage with customer service and other functional areas as necessary to address account issues requiring escalation and to support efforts to ensure accounts remain in good standing.
- Support defined initiatives at Camping World stores in the region.
- Develop and maintain account prioritized route schedules to guide travel.
- Utilize sales reporting and territory management software tools.
- Complete other projects as assigned.

A suitable background would be a solid experience within sales and customer service – as well as the following qualifications and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related discipline. In lieu of a degree, commensurate experience may be accepted.
- Skilled in persuasive sales techniques that align products with customer needs and expectations
- Experienced in strategic brand positioning and audience targeting to drive market advantage
- Proficient in creating clear, actionable reports that support relationship management and are accessible to non-expert stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to juggle competing priorities, stay focused under pressure, and consistently meet tight deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and willing to learn new software/systems as introduced
- Ability to travel within the region up to 70% of time
- Knowledge of RV’s and and/or experience RVing would be considered an asset
