Your Role

As a Business Manager, you’ll work closely with our Sales teams to deliver outstanding results through collaboration and teamwork. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Stay up to date with vehicle offerings across our dealerships to effectively support customer needs.
• Understand each guest’s goals and decision-making process to deliver tailored solutions and advice.
• Cultivate lasting relationships to encourage future vehicle purchases and brand loyalty.
• Deliver personalised, high-quality service that goes above and beyond expectations during the vehicle selection process.
• Drive new business opportunities through proactive outreach, cold calling, referrals, and tracking competitor strategies.
• Assist with vehicle valuations and manage finance and insurance processes for both new and used cars, ensuring accurate deal completion.

What You’Ll Bring

We’re looking for a finance and insurance professional with sharp instincts, strong business acumen, and a passion for the automotive space. You’ll be a great fit if you have:

• Experience in automotive finance and insurance, with a clear understanding of manufacturer finance campaigns, dealership promotions, and market trends.
• Brand-building flair and a deep appreciation for the customer journey.
• Collaborative approach, working across departments and with finance providers to maintain brand consistency.
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to generate ideas and use data-driven insights to improve performance.
