Posti Sweden – At the heart of logistics
We are now looking for an experienced and energetic Real Estate & Security Manager to take responsibility for Posti Sweden’s properties and security. This is a new and important role where you will combine property management, safety, and security development to support our business. Our sites located in Arlanda, Nykvarn, Norrköping, Jönköping, Skillingaryd, Borås and Kopstad (Norway).

You are a responsible real estate and security professional who gains energy from achievements and enjoys building smooth cooperation and a positive atmosphere both in the workplace and with external partners. Your Responsibilities
- Leading and developing property maintenance and services
- Planning and managing repair and modification projects
- Managing property agreements and landlord cooperation
- Implementing Posti Group’s security management model in Sweden and maintaining the security framework
- Developing and maintaining physical security across all sites, including access control, alarms, CCTV, and guarding
- Conducting security risk assessments and ensuring preventive measures to protect people, property, and operations
- Coordinating crisis management, emergency preparedness and business continuity measures
- Ensuring compliance with Swedish security legislation, Posti Group policies and industry standards
- Acting as the main point of contact with authorities (police, fire brigade, rescue services) and managing external security service providers
- Promoting energy efficiency, recycling, and sustainability
- Monitoring and implementing legal requirements and safety regulations
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monitoring service quality
- Close collaboration with the entire Fulfilment and Logistics Services team Sweden
- Strong cooperation with the Group Real Estate and Group Security teams
- Reporting directly to the VP Operations FLS Sweden
- What we expect from you
- Promoting energy efficiency, recycling, and sustainability
- Monitoring and implementing legal requirements and safety regulations
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and monitoring service quality
- Close collaboration with the entire Fulfilment and Logistics Services team Sweden
- Strong cooperation with the Group Real Estate and Group Security teams
- Reporting directly to the VP Operations FLS Sweden
- What we expect from you
- Solid experience in real estate management combined with proven experience in corporate or site security management
- Ability to develop processes and work in a dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Fluent skills in Swedish and English; Finnish is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving ability, teamwork skills, and ability to perform under pressure
- Relevant educational background in real estate or security
- Experience in applying and maintaining corporate security frameworks, policies or management systems
- Knowledge of TAPA standards and competence in managing both internal and external security audits
- Good knowledge of the Swedish real estate and security environment, regulations, and culture
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CPP, CPO, or local security qualifications) are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Sweden and occasionally to Finland and Norway
