Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing application features, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FI with other SAP modules to meet business requirement. - Analyze and optimize financial processes and workflows within the SAP environment. - Collaborate with the business and accounting teams to ensure timely reporting. - Provide training and support to on SAP FI functionalities and best practices, enhancing their understanding of SAP functionalities. - Coordinate with Product team and business stakeholders for system upgrades and enhancements. - Maintain documentation related to SAP FI processes, configurations, and changes. - Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring high efficiency and availability of SAP applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with SAP support services, as necessary. - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in SAP technology: Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis. - Familiarity with integration processes between SAP modules. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues. - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP FI module configuration and support. - Experience with SAP integration processes and related modules (e.g., MM,SD) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. - Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage change effectively - We are seeking a highly skilled SAP FI Analyst to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. - The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing our financial systems and ensuring the seamless operation of our SAP FI modules. - This position requires a deep understanding of financial accounting processes, as well as experience in troubleshooting and optimizing SAP FI functionalities. - - You will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements that align with our business objectives. - The ideal candidate will possess not only strong analytical skills but also a proactive approach to identifying issues and delivering solutions that enhance business performance. - In addition, the SAP FI Analyst will be expected to stay updated on the latest industry trends and SAP developments, ensuring our systems remain competitive and compliant with industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP FI CO Finance. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
