Job Summary
The Quality & Operations Radiologic Technologist is responsible for establishing and maintaining workflow quality in all
assigned market centers. This role is responsible for working 32 hours of clinical shifts and 8 hours of administrative time each
week to document assessments in market centers to ensure team members get the growth and development they need in
order to be successful at GoHealth Urgent Care. The Quality and Operations Radiology Technologist will work with the clinical
and operations teams, as well as other departments and vendors through special projects and administrative duties.
The Quality &Operations Radiologic Technologist (RT) works with Medical Providers and/or a Medical Assistants with the
examination and treatment of GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is responsible for providing a variety of technical
procedures and apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis for our GoHealth Urgent Care patients. This role is
responsible for performing and analyzing patient x-rays and reporting results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities
include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers. In a collaborative
manner, the Radiologic Technologist will provide support to Medical Providers, Medical Assistants, and patients through a
variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization and communication.

Job Requirements
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program · Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
Work Experience
- 2+ years’ experience as a Radiology Technologist or other x-ray experience
Required Licenses/Certifications
- ARRT Radiologic Technologist licensure
- Applicable state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) required or must be obtained (see below)
- Hire Date on or before 8/31/23 must obtain BLS certification by 3/31/24
- Hire Date on 9/1/23 to 9/30/23 must obtain BLS certification by 12/31/23
- Hire Date of 10/1/23 or after must obtain BLS certification within 30 days of hire date
- Valid State Driver’s License · Must pass MVR background check
- Must hold state licensure in state of practice at the time of hire (NY, OR, WA, CT, CA, DE, MD, TX, VA, and AR)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Essential functions are those tasks, duties and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the job’s purpose and objectives. - Conduct operational and workflow review of sites worked in to document growth and development for the team.
- Complete site assessments during administrative time to provide operational and clinical leadership on information to improve efficiency and develop their team members
- Work in collaboration with the operations teams to ensure staff is properly trained on quality control processes for clinical equipment and patient logs, which includes but is not limited to scheduling training and conducting ad-hoc reviews.
- Responsible for reconciliation of ordered labs and results within the clinical systems for all clinics.
- Follow standards and procedures and comply with legal regulations in effort to maintain safe secure, and healthy work environment.
- Responsible for x-ray services as needed
- Under the direction of the clinical provider, perform x-ray services for patients by applying x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment of patients in all age groups from newborn to elderly.
- Ensure patients are positioned correctly on or in front of equipment and protected during use.
- Patient Registration
- Conduct patient registration, which includes securing required paperwork and insurance documentation, and verification of insurance and patient eligibility.
- Process co-pays and schedule patient appointments for assigned center
- Coordinate provider referrals to assigned Specialist
- Answer patient questions regarding their care and keep them informed of their status
- Patient Preparation and Rooming
- Inform technical staff of patient flow.
- All other duties as assigned
