Mercedes-Benz of Ann Arbor is expanding and looking for a skilled Sprinter Technician to join our team in a state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans
• Accurately troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure timely service delivery
• Stay current with Mercedes-Benz training and certification requirements
• Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Certification or equivalent experience working with Sprinter vans
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Sprinter service and repair
• Strong diagnostic skills and ability to resolve complex issues efficiently
