The Opportunity

We’re looking for an Executive General Manager (Growth & Partnerships) to join our executive leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you’ll be a driving force behind our ambitious growth strategy—leading marketing and business development, elevating our brand, and unlocking strategic opportunities across aged care, disability, hospital-at-home, and allied health markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy across digital, social, and traditional channels (SEO, SEM, PR).
• Build strategic partnerships and diversify revenue streams.
• Secure new commercial contracts to expand our footprint nationally.
• Oversee tenders, grants, and due diligence for new opportunities.
• Drive contractor acquisition and ensure service quality in aged care.
• Inspire and lead high-performing teams, embedding innovation and inclusion.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and risk frameworks are met.
• Provide data-driven insights and reporting to the MD and Board.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Proven track record leading high-performing marketing or business development teams.
• Strong expertise in brand management, SEO, and SEM.
• Commercial acumen with success in partnerships and growth strategies.
• Outstanding leadership skills and emotional intelligence.
• Experience in allied health, aged care, or disability sectors is a bonus.
