The Role

As a Team Lead Sales Development Representative (SDR) Inbound for the Italian market, you will be responsible for leading and supporting the team in developing inbound opportunities, working closely with Marketing, Operations, and the Sales team to take Factorial to the next level!

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the recruitment and training of new inbound SDRs.
  • Manage and motivate the inbound SDR team dedicated to the Italian market.
  • Analyze the most relevant inbound KPIs and make data-driven decisions to increase team productivity.
  • Support team members in developing their skills by providing ongoing training and constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with Team Leads and Account Executives (AEs) to define common strategies for managing inbound leads.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to improve the quality and quantity of inbound leads.
  • Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating work environment.
  • Ensure the consistent achievement of team and individual targets related to inbound MRR and Demos.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales Enablement teams to implement tools and methodologies that support the inbound team.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Sales Director and other Team Leads regarding team performance and inbound processes.
  • General Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing B2B sales teams or in business development.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze and make decisions based on data.
  • Proactivity, motivation, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Leadership skills: strong sales capabilities and leading by example.
  • Passion for technology and sales.
  • Knowledge of the HR industry is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Hubspot is a strong advantage.
