About The Role

As Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of Adapteo’s strategic and commercial initiatives that ensure profitable growth. Working closely with the Managing Director and leadership team, you will help shape and execute business strategies, strengthen commercial governance, and translate insights into tangible business results.

You Will:

• Develop and implement go-to-market and pricing strategies
• Prepare business cases, market insights, and performance analyses
• Support sales activities through presentations and funnel insights
• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to implementation

This is a high-impact role that bridges strategy and execution – with broad exposure, strong collaboration, and direct influence on Adapteo’s commercial direction.

About You

You are ambitious, analytical, and structured – with a sharp commercial mindset and a drive to create results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, value collaboration, and are motivated by ownership and responsibility.

We Imagine That You:

• Hold a master’s degree in business, economics, engineering, or a similar field
• Bring 2–5 years of experience from management consulting or business development
• Have strong analytical skills and are confident in Excel, PowerPoint, and data modeling
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English
• Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution
