We’re looking for a Incident Manager to join us at Telia.

This position is temporary to cover maternity leave.
What You’Ll Do:
You will be responsible for responding to major network and IT incidents, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Respond to incidents during business hours and on-call duty rotations alongside fellow Incident Managers
- Coordinate incident resolution teams, maintain clear and timely communication with stakeholders
- Conduct incident review and implement preventive measures to mitigate incident risks.
What will help you thrive in this role:
This position could be a great fit for someone who can make quick decisions, prioritize and perform effectively under pressure. You also need:
- Proven experience in network and IT infrastructure, management, troubleshooting, root cause and risk assessment skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience working in incident, problem, change management.
- Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate across complex organization, handle escalations.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2787 – 4181 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
