Electrical & Instrument Manager

To maximize the utilization & maintain electrical equipment’s & Instruments including refineries, packing lines , Utilities, H2 Battery & lighting to achieve the production plan in terms of cost, quality, safety & technical efficiency for our AFIA factory in Suez  

• Manage, develop & select E & I staff to achieve the department target.
• Develop, monitor  & lead his staff to execute the preventive and corrective maintenance plans of all E.I equipment’s, Control system   & Instruments in the factory  that will assure equipment’s are always running smooth  in high efficient.
• Follow up the power supply units including transformers, Generators & switch boards to be insuring smooth running for the factory equipment’s.
• Manage the operation & maintenance for the H2 battery unit to be insuring providing the necessary hydrogen for the hydrogenation refinery.
• Verify and ensure that all equipment’s are accurate & precise to reduce the machineries break down.
• To ensure that all reports are completed to maintain effective communications & handover for his department staff is according to the company slandered.
• Develop the training needs for his department staff to increase the staff Knowledge & experience
• To insure all measurement instrumentations are calibrated & accurate.
• Support & lead the new initiatives execution such any new projects or idea related to Electrical.  
• To identify and organize plant replacement when required.
• Identifies requirements under legislation and regulations and ensures electrical/instrument equipment and practice meets those requirements and Company policy.
• To ensure all consumable spare parts are available in the store to avoid any stoppage time.
• Works safely at all times. Observes all quality & housekeeping policies. Keeps own work area clean & hygienic
• Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of section systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Academic And Professional Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering  

Experience:

• 8-10 years relevant experience in Electrical & Instrument including at least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
