That’s why we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our South Region hospitals, managing a small team of two Talent Acquisition Advisors and partnering closely with operational leaders.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape regional hiring strategies, elevate our employer brand, and ensure we attract the best talent to deliver outstanding care.
What You’Ll Be Doing:
- Lead Talent Acquisition across our South Region hospitals, overseeing delivery and performance of two Talent Acquisition Advisors.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and build proactive, data-driven hiring plans.
- Champion our employer brand in the market, positioning Nuffield Health as a destination employer.
- Drive direct sourcing strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and reduce reliance on agencies.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Monitor key metrics including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to continuously improve outcomes.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent attraction, ideally within healthcare or high-volume environments.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams.
