Talent Acquisition Manager

Green Life is one of Australia’s fastest growing clinic and dispensary groups, simplifying patient access to alternative medicine through a network of innovative healthcare locations.

We’re now seeking an energetic, proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across our operations. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding the people who power our growth from clinic and switchboard staff to pharmacists and doctors.

What You’Ll Do:

• Manage end to end recruitment campaigns across all Green Life business units.
• Utilise recruitment channels to source, screen, and secure high-quality candidates for operational and entry-level positions.
• Apply headhunting and direct outreach to fill skilled positions (pharmacists and doctors)
• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and forecast vacancies.
• Coordinate onboarding and employment documentation through Employment Hero.

Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or professional services recruitment will be viewed favourably but we’re open to talent from any industry who can deliver great hires at pace.
