About The Job

As A Senior Project Analyst, You Will Lead And Coordinate The Project Management Support And Enabling Activities Undertaken Within A Large Program Of Work. This Requires Supporting And Providing Assurance Across Project Planning, Status Reporting, Financial Budgeting And Reporting, Risk And Issue Management And Change Control Processes For The Program. You Will Be Responsible For Assisting The Maintenance Of Program Quality Standards By Implementing And Ensuring Adherence To Nab Specific Methodology, Processes And Tools.

Your Job Responsibilities

Lead & Manage A Broad Range Of Operational, Financial, & Reporting Services To Support Wt.

• Ownership Of Management Services & Controls Across Finance, Clarity, Rally, Teams, Sharepoint Sites, & Other Tools As Required.

• End-To-End Management Of Purchase Orders & Service Requests.

• Delivery Of Reporting Across Wt, Including Monthly Financial Reports, Reconciliations, Weekly Leadership Team Updates, Monthly & Fortnightly Steerco & Pag Packs, Ad Hoc Reporting As Required

• Maintenance Of Robust Financial Controls, Identifying & Resolving Exceptions. • Identification Of Inefficiencies & Redundant Processes, With Recommendations For Improvement.

• Analysis Of Workflows & Data To Drive: Process Automation, Tool Consolidation, Data-Driven Decisionmaking. All Aimed At Increasing Operational Efficiency.

• Development Of Business Case Cost Models For Both Bau & Project Activities.

• Establishment Of Performance Metrics To Enable Workplace To Set Targets & Measure Progress.

• Alignment Of Productivity Opportunities With Organisational Goals, Ensuring Continuity In Tracking Outcomes.

• Leadership In Uplifting Processes & Controls, Acting As A Subject Matter Expert & Championing Continuous Improvement.
