Senior Associate | Wills & Estates

About The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate (or Associate) to join our growing Wills & Estates team. You’ll work closely with our experienced practice leader - recommended in Doyles Guide for Estate Planning and Estate Litigation - and be supported by a skilled and collaborative national team.

In this role you will lead complex matters across estate planning, probate, estate administration, and litigation. You’ll work closely with high-net-worth individuals and business owners, providing tailored solutions that reflect their unique needs.

Additional responsibilities of this role will include:

• Wills and estate planning including complex high net worth scenarios.
• Asset protection (personal, business, corporate, family trusts and superannuation).
• Probate and estate administration.
• Estate disputes and litigation.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• More than 4 years post qualification experience in Wills and Estates law.
• A real flair for estate planning matters. Desire to support with estate litigation is desirable but not essential.
• A passion for reaching commercially sound outcomes for your clients.
• Proven ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Excellent file management and financial management skills.
