About The Job
An opportunity has arisen for Manager to join our Health Club team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Manage the daily operations of the Health Club, ensuring all guests and members have a pleasant experience in line with Jumeirah standards.
- Manage and motivate the Fitness team to drive personal training revenue and provide excellent customer service, ensuring all team members are well-trained and adhere to hotel standards.
- Oversee the Sales Executive to drive monthly/yearly membership sales, implement strategies to increase revenue per membership, and develop activities to generate new leads.
- Create and implement innovative classes and programs that support the Jumeirah brand, monitor participation, gather feedback, and adjust keep offerings engaging and relevant.
- Ensure all maintenance issues are reported and tracked promptly, manage inventories, stock control, and purchasing systems to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive new memberships and retain existing members through targeted promotions and offers.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A few years of work experience in the same role preferably with an international luxury hospitality company
- Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate | Advanced)
- Problem solving
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
- Project Management Skills is a benefit
